RETURNS / POLICIES

What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns of unused, unopened items for full refund or exchange of the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping fee within 14 days of your order receipt. Item(s) must be in resaleable condition and have its original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned opened, and or used. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days, sorry no exceptions. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) please contact us via email at info@pokerchipmart.com or by phone at 1-714-670-8999 during Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 4:30 pm PST.

What if I receive my order damaged or short?
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours after you received the order. Please notify Customer Service by either e-mail at: info@pokerchipmart.com or call us at: 1-714-670-8999 Monday-Friday 10:00 am to4:30 pm (PST). Please hold on to all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

How do I return or exchange an item?
You may return or exchange the item within 14 days after your order receipt. Do not open the item. It must be in resalable condition in order to receive a full refund. Contact our customer service to receive an authorization number for the items you wish to return or exchange. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without an authorization number. If you have any questions about returning or exchanging merchandise, please e-mail us at: returns@pokerchipmart.com or call us at: 1-714-670-8999 Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 4:30 pm PST. Include the authorization number with your return on outside the box, and wrap the package securely. We will handle your return/exchange promptly as it is received. Please allowt up to one billing cycle from the date of the return for credits to appear on your credit card statement.
